Green Card DV Lottery 2024 Results will be announced on May 6, 2024. To learn if you are a lucky winner (or loser), go to https://dvprogram.state.gov/ and enter your confirmation number. All results will be announced on the official website only! Any notification by mail is a fraud.
Starting May 6, 2024, you can visit: https://dvprogram.state.gov and press “Check Status “. Then you must enter some information like your last name, your year of birth, and your confirmation code. This code was given to you when you registered, you printed it out or you wrote it down somewhere, and then you click on Submit.
As shown in the image below, the Green Card DV Lottery 2024 Results verification process is very simple and consists of four steps.
- “Confirmation Number “: fill in the registration confirmation number that was assigned to you. If you no longer have it, simply click on “Forgot Confirmation Number”.
- “Last/Family Name “: simply enter your last name
- “Year of Birth “: enter your year of birth (4 digits)
- “Authentication “: for security reasons, enter the characters that appear in the image.
Once these four steps are completed, all you have to do is take a deep breath and click on the “Submit” button.
Being a Green Card DV Lottery 2023 Results winner does not give you a green card but does make you eligible for an immigrant visa. All winners must complete the DS-260 application form, pass a medical exam, and be interviewed at the embassy. Only based on these specific requirements will you be allowed to move to the United States.
